* Contribute to the creation and updating of technical documentation for the Knowledge Base.
* Participate in ongoing projects and service improvement initiatives.
* Support Service Desk operations, including out‑of‑hours standby rota as part of a 24‑hour service.
* Work both remotely and on‑site depending on business requirements.
To thrive in this role, we believe you share our passion for technology and interest in learning, and that you probably have:
* ITIL Foundation level certification or strong working knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
* Experience with IT Service Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and Microsoft technologies.
* 1–4 years of experience in an IT service environment, with a focus on providing technical support to enterprise clients.
* Solid understanding of networking principles, including VPN configuration, DNS, and switching.
* Proven ability to deliver technical support via phone, written, and in‑person communication.
