Are you passionate about pets and providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Store Colleagues, where your role will be at the heart of our pet care centres. You will play a vital part in ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience that sets us apart and fosters loyalty to our great brands. As a Store Colleague, you'll be key to our success by exceeding customer expectations, upholding top pet care standards, and ensuring excellent operations. You'll also build strong customer relationships, enhancing their experience with us. We're looking for someone who can work 3-4 days per week, including weekends. Shifts may start as early as 7:00am for deliveries and finish as late as 8:00pm.
Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service and ensure every customer feels appreciated and understood.
* Build strong customer relationships and enhance their experience with us.
* Uphold top pet care standards and ensure excellent store operations.
* Work 3-4 days per week, including weekends; shifts may start as early as 7:00am and finish as late as 8:00pm.
* Collaborate with team to achieve Pet Care Centre goals.
Qualifications
* Outstanding Customer Service: Capable of providing personalised and attentive service.
* Strong Communication Skills: Proficient in verbal and written communication to engage with customers.
* Effective Problem-Solving: Able to address customer questions and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
* Eagerness to Learn: Keen interest in ongoing learning and professional development.
* Target Focus: Recognises the importance of setting and achieving targets in a retail setting.
* Teamworking: Understands collaboration and teamwork in delivering excellent customer service.
* Flexibility: Ability to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends and some bank holidays.
