About the role: As a Payroll Officer, you will provide high-quality end-to-end payroll processing services to ensure BaptistCare employees are paid and receive their entitlements correctly and on time. About you: To be considered, you will have: Considerable experience in payroll processing experience Ability to interpret and deal with multiple sets of employment conditions and contracts An understanding of legislated minimum employment conditions and remuneration entitlements in Australia Excellent telephone and communication skills Strong customer service skills Ability to work accurately within tight deadlines A detail focus for accuracy Strong analytical skills T1 Payroll System experience (preferred) Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare’s Christian identity and promote the organisation’s values through interactions at work Practices communication that is respectful, open, consistent and two way If you're an experienced Payroll Officer looking for a meaningful role with flexibility and purpose, we’d love to hear from you!
