Our client are currently seeking a full -time Residential Conveyancer to join their well -established team based at our Shirley office. As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a varied and high -volume caseload of residential property sales, handling each case from instruction through to post -completion. The role requires effective and professional communication with clients, third parties, and colleagues, and the ability to work within tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, from initial instruction to post -completion.
* Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, third parties, and colleagues via phone and in writing.
* Ensure a smooth and efficient process throughout the transaction lifecycle, keeping clients informed and managing expectations.
* Maintain excellent attention to detail and adhere to deadlines.
* Provide legal advice on residential property matters and resolve any issues that arise during the conveyancing process.
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer (2–3 years PQE).
* Proven experience in managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, ideally from instruction to post -completion.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
* A team player who can also work independently and manage your own workload.
* Self -motivated, enthusiastic, and positive in approach.
* Well -presented and professional, with a client -focused attitude.
* A client following is preferred but not essential.
