The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:
* Bring your expertise: Be a recognized Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial awareness focused on profit and cash.
* Leverage your experience: Have prior experience with CM projects.
* Manage effectively: Oversee procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations, and management of subcontract works packages through to final account.
* Minimize risks: Keenly analyze costs to maximize value through cost checking of labor, plant, and materials.
* Broaden your horizons: Possess broad construction industry experience across various sectors and markets in commercial positions with main contracting organizations.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who has:
* Extensive knowledge in managing multi-million-pound packages on major projects.
* Experience working with NEC forms of contract.
* Pre-contract through to post-contract experience.
* Large-scale major project and construction management experience.
* Strategic insight to apply sound judgment regarding the business's direction.
* A degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related subject.
