German-Speaking Customer Service Job Rugby Your new role You will be responsible for receiving and inputting product orders in a timely manner, managing incoming orders from various methods of communication, communicating and coordinating with internal departments, identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction, handling problems and complaints, building customer relationships, organising trade fairs and other events and general ad hoc administrative duties. What you’ll need to succeed You will need to be fluent in German, have 3 years customer service experience, have excellent communication and telephone skills, active listening and problem solving ability and have MRP and CRM system experience. What you’ll get in return You will have a temporary position with the potential to go permanent working for a great company and you will receive an annual salary of £28,000.
