The Development Chef will work as part of a team focused on creating and developing new market‑ready products for current and new customers. The post holder must have a sound knowledge of the company’s current products, be forward‑thinking, stay ahead of consumer taste trends and be able to match recipes to factory processes. The post holder must be a passionate foodie who enjoys cooking on the creative edge.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop new viable market‑ready products in line with current market trends.
* Present and demonstrate new products to existing and new customers.
* Maintain all relevant paperwork.
* Contribute to the overall commercial strategy and growth of the business.
* Complete any ad hoc duties required to ensure the NPD kitchen runs effectively.
