Essential requirements for Canteen Chef:
* Previous experience as a chef, cook, or in a catering role
* Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 minimum)
Desirable requirements for Canteen Chef:
* Experience in a high-volume or industrial kitchen environment
* Relevant catering qualification
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and manage kitchen operations
* Good communication and customer service skills
