Job Title: Executive Headteacher
Location: Wyboston, Bedford
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000
Are you an experienced and visionary leader ready to shape the future of specialist education? We are seeking an Executive Headteacher to take strategic and operational responsibility, starting with a flagship site in Wyboston and growing to oversee three schools as they become operational.

Responsibilities:
* Set the vision, aims, and objectives for the schools, ensuring excellence in education.
* Lead by example with clear values, moral purpose, and a focus on pupil success.
* Work alongside the Education Director to embed a culture of high performance.
* Provide strategic leadership to the senior teams at each school.
* Monitor and raise standards in teaching, learning, and pupil achievement.
* Oversee safeguarding, curriculum development, and Ofsted compliance.
* Manage staff development and school resources effectively.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Leader with a passion for inclusion, SEND, and delivering outstanding educational outcomes. You’ll bring strategic vision, operational expertise, and the ability to inspire teams to achieve excellence.
