About The Opportunity
As the Clinical Care Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and delivering high-quality nursing care to residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Provide and monitor multi-disciplinary nursing care to all residents
* Support and promote the facility's care philosophy
* Communicate effectively with staff and external agencies
* Maintain knowledge of mental health conditions and workplace health & safety practices
* Lead and mentor nursing and care staff
* Ensure timely delivery of resident care and medication administration
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Previous experience in Geriatric Nursing and Mental Health
* NDIS knowledge (desirable)
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
* Positive notice NDIS Worker Clearance
* Knowledge of AN-ACC funding guidelines
* Sound knowledge of industry-relevant Workplace Health & Safety and Infection Control practices
