Job Description
We are currently working with a college in Norwich who require Exam Scribes to support learners during their upcoming GCSE exams. This is an excellent short-term opportunity for individuals with strong written communication skills who are confident working in an educational environment.
Exam Dates & TimesAll sessions run 8:00am – 12:00pm.

Role Requirements
To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate:
* Strong written communication skills
* Ability to write quickly, clearly, and accurately
* Good spelling, grammar, and legible handwriting
* Ability to record exactly what a learner dictates, without interpretation
* Experience supporting students with additional needs
* Experience within schools, colleges, or universities (advantageous)
* Understanding of examination conditions and procedures (training can be provided)
* Ability to listen carefully and transcribe without error
* Ability to remain focused for extended periods
* Awareness of JCQ/awarding body exam regulations
* Professionalism, punctuality, and confidentiality
* A calm and reliable approach
* A DBS on the Update Service or willing to get one
