With a growing portfolio of over 700 trading stores and a forward thinking business strategy to grow further, this role provides essential support to the Property team in negotiating lease terms and conditions with landlords and rent reviews.
Within this role you will be exposed to a fast paced Property team that is both hands on and strategic in mind set, you will gain valuable exposure to a wide range of property management activities. If you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and are looking to develop your career in property, this is the role for you. Support for advancing with a RICS qualification will be provided.
Key responsibilities:
Monitor lease key dates and undertake rent reviews and lease renewals in a timely manner
Liaise with landlord’s or their agents directly, presenting comparable evidence in order to negotiate the best terms.
