Ready to step into a high-impact finance role in a truly global real estate business? We’re looking for a commercially minded, hands-on Finance Manager to help drive sharp reporting, strong controls, and smarter decision-making—while leading and developing a small team.
The role
Based near Oxford Circus, London, you’ll take ownership of core financial operations and reporting, partnering with stakeholders across the business to keep performance on track and improvements moving.
What you’ll be doing:
* Lead month-end close, management reporting, and variance analysis
* Oversee budgeting and forecasting cycles with a commercial lens
* Strengthen financial controls and process improvements
* Support audit, statutory reporting, and compliance requirements
* Partner with operational teams to translate numbers into insight
* Supervise and coach a small team (and help the team thrive)
What you’ll bring
* Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
* Experience in a finance management role with end-to-end reporting responsibility
* Exposure to UK GAAP and US GAAP preferred
* Proven people supervision (you’ve managed or directly supervised at least one person)
* Strong Excel skills; confident with finance systems/ERPs
* Clear communication style and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
