The vacancy About the role Contract: Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week Location: Birmingham At Bromford, we're committed to creating safe, warm, and well-maintained homes. As a heating customer delivery manager, you'll lead a team of engineers to deliver quality heating repair and maintenance services across multiple locations. Reporting to the M&E heating service and repair programme manager, you'll manage a team of around 12 engineers working across repairs, maintenance, voids (Empty Homes), and servicing programmes. You'll take a hands-on approach to ensure high standards, coach your team to meet performance targets, and oversee quality assurance across all aspects of delivery. You will also play a critical role in ensuring that work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with compliance and customer expectations. What we're looking for We're seeking a skilled professional with strong leadership qualities and a proven track record in heating services. You'll bring: NVQ Level 3 in HVAC (or equivalent qualification) Core Gas Safety (CCN1) and SSCS Certificate (or equivalent) Gas Safe "Registered Person" status Level 3 Gas Audit qualification Extensive experience in heating systems from installation to commissioning Proven ability to lead, develop, and manage technical teams Strong understanding of CDM Regulations and gas safety procedures, including unsafe situations Excellent communication, organisational, and people management skills Additional requirements A full UK driving licence (a company car or cash allowance is provided with the role) An enhanced DBS check is required (we will arrange this for you) Right to work in the UK Please review the role requirements and specifications attached at the bottom of this advert before submitting your application.
