Allstaff Manufacturing Division is pleased to present the role of Architectural Technician / Designer.
Job Description:
Our client prides itself on the quality of its products and the service it offers to customers, recognizing that customers are vital to their business. Due to increased workload, they are establishing this new role to enhance customer service.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Possess a strong understanding of current building regulations and have working knowledge of new build façade, windows, or curtain walling.
2. Manage your own projects within an architectural setting.
3. Collaborate with customers and internal departments at a technical level to ensure connection details, elevation, and layout drawings comply with building regulations prior to manufacture and installation.
Experience Required:
* Over 5 years’ experience within an architectural setting.
* Excellent project management skills.
* Confident communicator.
* Strong AutoCAD skills for drawing and technical submissions.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8am/9am – 4pm/5pm (37.5 hours per week). Salary is based on experience.
