WeDoData are working with an independent school in Somerset, situated in beautiful green surroundings, who are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their finance team. This role is being offered on a permanent basis, part time - 4 days per week. The role You will be responsible for the end-to-end process of 4 different payrolls, across 2 sites, with a total of around 360 staff members, with monthly, annually, and ad-hoc tasks. Some of the responsibilities include: * Production & distribution of payslips * Setup of new staff for first payments * Monthly pension returns * Payroll amendments * Payroll year-end * P45 production * P60 production * Monthly pension returns * Annual returns * Point of contact for pay queries * Maintain records for maternity, paternity, and sick pay You will need previous experience managing payroll for a large organisation, with string experience using a payroll system. The school uses passFINANCE - a school specific software, however experience in another system such as Sage would be acceptable. In return This role is being offered on a permanent basis, part time, 4 days per week. In return, a full time equivalent salary of £28000 - £32000 (£22400 - £25600 actual) is being offered. This is an on-site role, and due to the schools location, a car would be needed - parking for staff is provided.
