Description About The Role: Truro and Penwith Academy Trust, together with the Local Monitoring Committee of St Erth School, are seeking to appoint a dynamic and committed Teaching Assistant/Lunchtime Supervisor to work as part of our team. St Erth School is in a beautiful, rural setting looking out towards St. Ives Bay, with excellent facilities and easy access to the most wonderful outdoor learning environments. This post is to work 1:1 with a Year 1 child with SEN Needs, supported by the class teacher. Experience with providing dynamic curriculum delivery is preferable but not essential. About You: You will be compassionate and child centred. Individuals will need to demonstrate self-motivation and a value of professional development.
