There are 4 operating divisions within the company, all offering the turnkey package from design inception to build completion. Our client is looking for somebody who has experience working on smaller, fast tracked fit-out projects circa £250k to £3m in value. Must be able to: Produce accurate cost value reconciliations and profit & loss forecasts. Procure and manage subcontractors effectively. Operate with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.Must have: Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
