The International Logistics Team The team sits in our Business Operations division. Following an international expansion, the team is rapidly growing to accommodate the growth of our global business. As a Senior International Logistics Specialist, you'll be responsible for: Coordinating international shipments for high-value and complex customer orders, ensuring timely and compliant delivery. Managing customs and regulatory requirements, working closely with international partners, carriers, and sales teams to resolve queries quickly. Overseeing order fulfilment and distribution for strategic customer accounts, acting as a key link between internal teams and external stakeholders. Serving as the main point of contact for key global clients, delivering proactive communication and a consistently high level of service. Leading and supporting logistics projects, such as process improvements, system upgrades, and international expansion initiatives. Participating in customer meetings and calls, presenting export capabilities and tailored logistics solutions. Collaborating cross-functionally with procurement, sales, finance, and compliance to ensure seamless order execution. Taking ownership of escalations and complex shipments, ensuring swift, professional resolution. Providing logistics expertise to support Account Managers on new business opportunities, customer proposals, and onboarding. Contributing to team growth and improvement, mentoring junior colleagues and helping identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. What we need from you We're looking for someone who's confident taking ownership, building strong relationships, and driving operational excellence across logistics operations. You'll have solid experience in a logistics, supply chain, or operations role — ideally with some exposure to international shipping or export processes, though this isn't essential. You'll also bring: Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork Confidence managing multiple priorities and solving problems under pressure A positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of your work Confidence communicating with colleagues, suppliers, and customers Good all-round IT skills, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly and use data to support decision-making.
