Electiva Marketing is the in-house marketing function powering some of the UK's most recognised private healthcare brands, including Transform, Signature Clinic, and The Hospital Group.
Our remit spans across B2C and B2B growth, covering everything from patient acquisition and brand campaigns to surgeon recruitment, partnerships, and reputation management. We manage performance marketing, social, PR, creative, content, CRM, and data — with a single goal: to make private healthcare more accessible, trusted, and life-changing for patients across the UK.
The Role
We are looking for a driven and strategic B2B Marketing Manager to lead campaigns that strengthen our presence among surgeons, medical professionals, corporates, and healthcare partners.
This role will focus on building surgeon recruitment pipelines, raising surgeon visibility on LinkedIn, creating high-quality video content, and managing our presence at medical conferences.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategy & Campaign Leadership
* Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to attract and retain top surgeons.
* Deliver Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies targeting consultants, insurers, and employer groups.
* Oversee content plans for LinkedIn, email, events, and PR campaigns.
* Surgeon Profiles & Content Creation
* Build and manage individual surgeon LinkedIn profiles, growing their networks and visibility.
* Produce thought leadership content with surgeons (blogs, interviews, Q&A videos).
* Lead the production of video content for surgeon recruitment, partnership promotion, and events.
* Ensure brand consistency across all surgeon-facing and partner-facing content.
* Events & Conferences
* Lead planning and execution of conference and event presence (exhibitions, recruitment fairs, webinars).
* Coordinate stand design, collateral, delegate packs, and live content capture.
* Develop post-event follow-up campaigns to convert leads into relationships.
* Partnership Marketing
* Deliver campaigns that build awareness of Electiva's brands as partners of choice.
* Insights & Reporting
* Track KPIs including surgeon engagement, partnership leads, event ROI, and LinkedIn profile growth.
* Provide monthly reporting with insights and optimisation recommendations.
* Monitor competitor surgeon recruitment and B2B marketing activity.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
* 3–5 years' experience in B2B marketing
* Proven experience running LinkedIn campaigns and building executive/individual professional profiles.
* Strong skills in video content creation (briefing, interviewing, editing basics).
* Demonstrable success in event planning and management.
* Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
* Strong stakeholder management and project leadership abilities.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of healthcare, life sciences, or surgeon recruitment.
* Skilled in analytics and reporting on engagement, leads, and ROI.
* Experience line-managing or mentoring juniors.
