Conveyancing Solicitor – Coventry
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join its growing and busy department. This role offers the chance to manage a full caseload of residential property matters from start to completion within a friendly and supportive team environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced Conveyancer looking to play a key role in delivering expert legal services.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion
* Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Deal with Shared Ownership transactions
* Manage re-mortgages and New Build developments
* Draft and approve legal documentation, including contracts and transfer deeds
* Provide clear, concise and responsive legal advice to clients
* Maintain high standards of client care and service throughout the transaction process
Requirements
* Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Conveyancer
* Minimum of 3 years' experience within a busy residential conveyancing department
* Knowledge of Lexcel, SRA Standards & Regulations and Money Laundering Regulations
* High levels of integrity, professionalism and discretion
