* Maintain strong knowledge of all baggage/removal services and pricing models
* Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
* Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry exhibitions to expand client base
* Identify and target new market segments within Manchester and the surrounding areas
* Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
