The Role
We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated Practice Manager with a desire to advance their career rapidly within a fast-growing entrepreneurial healthcare company.

Key Responsibilities
* To take responsibility and manage daily clinic operating processes
* Ensure Customer service is maintained at the highest standard and lead by example
* To maintain the high presentation standards of the Clinic at all times
* Ensure strict compliance with CQC policies and processes (You will not be required to be a CQC registered manager
* Ensure that financial checks of payments and invoices are performed on a daily basis, & to cash up at the end of the day
* Ensure that the Clinical diary is managed efficiently
* Keep tight control of practice expenses
* Manage your front of house team (Customer service, dress code, rota management, attendance, sale of memberships, appraisals etc
* Resolve customer complaints at Practice level
* To assist in recruiting new front of house staff as required, and take responsibility for their induction & training
* To act as super-user of our IT systems
* Key holder of the Practice
Candidate Profile
* Background in Healthcare or Hospitality /Retail sector an advantage
* Minimum 3 years'+ relevant experience in a similar role
* Experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams
* Has had direct responsibility for the profitability of their area
* Responsible for Customer & Supplier relationships and is comfortable and confident in acting as an ambassador of the Company
* Competent hands on user of IT systems & MS office (Word and XL)
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills combined with thoroughness and very strong attention to detail
* Numerate and comfortable working with spreadsheets
* Confident with financial processes such as managing cash balances, reconciliation of receipts and invoices
* Motivation to work within a high-growth company
* Flexible nature with a can-do attitude
* Ability to improve and implement new ideas and processes
* May require that you become a registered CQC manager

This role does not require you to be responsible for marketing, finance processes & recruitment of clinicians.

Pay: £29,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
