Location: Grantham, East Midlands
Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum
Available Positions
* Clinical Lead – Salary: £70,000+ annually
Ideal for an experienced vet (5+ years) seeking a leadership role without sole charge.
Key qualities: approachable, excellent communication, ability to provide clinical guidance and support.
Focus on leadership and smooth operational running rather than management duties.
* Vet Surgeon – Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 annually
Suitable for vets with at least 2 years of experience handling surgery and consultations.
Responsibilities: routine surgeries, some emergency cases, morning operations, admissions, and afternoon consults.
Role Highlights (both positions)
* 40 hours per week (4 × 10‑hour shifts)
* No out‑of‑hours commitments
* Clinical freedom within an independent, well‑resourced practice
* £1,000 annual CPD allowance
* Permanent positions – no locum cover needed

Established in 2007, this small animal first‑opinion practice operates from a single site with 3 consultation rooms and 1 theatre. The clinic currently supported by locum vets and a small permanent team and is keen to welcome permanent staff to build a stable, cohesive team.
