Development of Volume and cash margin within the secondary care / specialist clinics with in the UK by achievement of budgeted sales and margin. New product introduction and developing core relationships within the sector ensuring Glenmark’s portfolio is represented on all relevant tenders.
Responsibilities
* Develop and sustain relationships with key decision makers in secondary care settings; Hospital Clinicians, Consultants and other relevant Healthcare Professionals.
* Leverage relationships to build opportunities for off contract sales within customer base
* Drive to secure as much “contracted” business as possible within all accounts.
* Network customers across secondary care to develop identify projects / initiatives
* Develop and implement account-based territory business plans
* Responsible for the achievement of all sales and activity targets within a defined territory for specified products
* Ensure contract compliance in accordance with regional Framework Agreements
* Interpret sales and activity data to maximise effectiveness utilising data available
* Maximise return on investments within the defined financial year and for a defined portfolio of products
* Maintain a high level of knowledge on company & competitor products and changes in the NHS
* Identify market shortages and opportunities for off contract sales
* Liaise with all relevant departments within the accounts to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Qualifications
* ABPI Preferred (must be prepared to gain qualification in first 2 years in role)
