Atlas NextWave are recruiting for a Management Accountant on a temporary basis in Peterhead for approximately 3 months.
This will be a full time role, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week and will be fully office based (no hybrid working).
The role will involve the following:
* Line management responsibility - this role has one direct report
* Monthly P&L and Balance Sheet preparation and reporting.
* Responsible for monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations.
* Preparation of month end reporting packs and other Group reporting.
* Responsible for management of Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Ledgers.
* Involved in preparation of annual budgets, reforecasting and associated reporting.
* Prepare year end schedules and responsible for liasing with Auditors during interim and year-end Audit and providing required data to them.
* Prepare Annual Tax Return information and Liaise with Tax Auditors.
* Prepare year-end statutory accounts.
* Preparation of weekly cashflows, forecasts and cash sheets.
* Working Capital Management – in particular Stock Management.
* Involved in reporting and analysis of monthly business KPIs.
Ideally candidates will have, or be a qualified accountant - CA, ACCA, CIMA
