We are supporting a
leading national accountancy firm
in appointing a
Corporate Tax Partner
to join its growing Thames Valley practice.
This is a rare opportunity to take on a senior leadership role in a strategically important office, with the autonomy to shape the firms tax offering across the region and the support of a collaborative national network.
The Role
As a Corporate Tax Partner, you will:
Lead a substantial and varied portfolio of clients, spanning entrepreneurial businesses, PE-backed companies, and larger corporates.
Deliver strategic advice on complex corporate tax matters including transactions, M&A, restructuring, international structuring, shareholder planning, and exit strategies.
Build and grow deep client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser to boards, CFOs, and shareholders.
Drive business development initiatives to expand the firms presence in the Thames Valley and beyond.
Develop, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams, creating a strong pipeline of future leaders.
Collaborate closely with fellow Partners to influence both the regional strategy and the national tax agenda.
What Were Looking For
We are seeking a senior tax leader currently a Director seeking Partnership, or an established Partner with:
Proven technical expertise in corporate tax and a track record of delivering high-quality client outcomes.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to originate and win new business.
Excellent leadership skills, with a genuine interest in developing people and building successful teams.
A market reputation for advising dynamic mid-market businesses, including private equity portfolio companies.
Drive, ambition, and a collaborative approach to achieving long-term growth.
