About The Role
As a Traffic Management Operative, you will be required to work on our planned Traffic Management Schemes on our Thames Water contract.
Location: Kidlington, Oxfordshire (Depot location)
Hours: 50 hours per week 07.00am-17.00pm (Monday to Friday)
Salary: base rate - £34,450 + average overtime OTE £44,785 per annum + additional loyalty bonuses in first 12 months up to £550
Overtime is paid at 1.5.
Responsibilities - But Not Limited To
* You will work alongside another TM Operative carrying out methods of traffic management utilising your M6 certificate
* Road Closures
* Set ups
* 2/3/4 ways
* Audits
* Site Meeting
* Due to the nature of contract - Accurate photographs must be taken for reporting of work carried out using the Tablet supplied
* You will carry out risk assessments and method statements
* Carry out daily vehicle checks, responsible for Vehicle Cleanliness.
* Liaising with general public and directing them through safe site lines as required
Experience And Qualifications
* M1 & M2 Lantra
* M5 Lantra
* M6 Lantra
* Driving licence
* IT literate
