Salary banding £25,800- £30,000 dependant on experience
We are currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join our busy and successful Bath Office. You will be providing secretarial support a team of 6 in our Commercial Property, Dispute Resolution and Private Client teams. The role will also include a small amount of reception work, greeting clients, taking copies of ID and general office maintenance.
Duties:
* Providing all round secretarial support
* Liaising with clients and answering basic queries
* Diary management
* Producing documents (with the use of digital dictation)
* Maintaining filing and record systems.
The ideal candidate will have:
* The ability to work under pressure
* Skills to communicate effectively and ensure that the client's best interests are always served
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary
* Fantastic IT literacy
