Hedin Automotive – Mercedes-Benz Dartford About The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support Executive to join our Fleet Sales department at Mercedes-Benz Dartford, reporting to the Fleet Sales Manager. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the achievement of the Fleet Sales business plan by maximising sales of new cars and vans to existing and new customers via telephone, email, and online procurement systems. You’ll act as the main point of contact for designated customers, managing all operational matters from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery, in line with department procedures.
