🚀 Key Account Executive (On-Trade) – Manchester & Greater Manchester

📍 Location: Manchester, UK

💰 Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 basic (DOE)

🚗 Car Allowance: £5,000 per annum + mileage expenses

💸 Bonus: Annual performance bonus (new listings, volume growth, key account wins)

📈 Quarterly Tiered Commission: 2%–5% of net sales above target, uncapped

💼 OTE: £45,000 – £55,000+ per year, paid quarterly

📅 Expected start date: August/September 2025

The role:

We’re looking for a charismatic Key Account Executive to own and grow our on-trade presence across Manchester and the Greater Manchester Area. If you thrive in the buzz of bars, build relationships with ease, and love a brand that stirs things up — we want to meet you.



What you’ll do:

✨ Be the face of Lost Dutchman in key pubs, bars & venues

✨ Manage, grow & champion your accounts — and exceed your targets

✨ Spot new on-trade opportunities and get our bottles behind the best bars

✨ Deliver epic activations (promotions & events) with our sales & brand teams

✨ Host tastings, trainings & events to share the Lost Dutchman story

✨ Keep tabs on local trends and competitor moves



What you’ll bring:

✅ 2–5 years’ experience managing key accounts in drinks or hospitality

✅ Proven and demonstrable track record in delivering sales growth

✅ Experience creating and delivering activations (promotions & events)

✅ Deep knowledge of Manchester & Greater Manchester nightlife

✅ Sales savvy — you know how to turn data into action

✅ Natural people-person — from bar staff to owners

✅ Genuine passion for unique spirits

✅ A clean driver’s license is essential, as regular travel is part of the role



Additional skills (preferred, but not essential):

🍸 Experience curating cocktail menus & developing trade marketing initiatives

🍹 Background in bartending or hospitality — you know life on the other side of the bar
