Overview
TEACHER - Full time
The pupils of Grange Park are on the search for a teacher!
* Are you a brilliant teacher?
* Do you want to make a difference?
* Do you want to work in a team with great people?
If so, Grange Park may be the place for you!
Due to the growth of the school, we are looking for a teacher to join the team. We teach in subject specific areas and are looking for a teacher that can teach Music KS3/KS4 - Y5 to Y11.
We are looking for brilliant teachers and you do not have to have experience in working in SEN; full support will be given.
Music is taught across the school. At KS4 it is an option subject and due to the personalised pathways that Grange Park offer historically the class sizes for option subjects are around 5.
Grange Park School is an Autism specific provision for children aged 9 to 19. Our class sizes are small with a maximum of 14 children. The main site is in Wrotham, which caters for students aged 12 years -19 years and the satellite provision is for children aged 9 years -11 years, which is in Stansted village, 3.1 miles from the main school site.
You will be fully supported in your role, both in your daily practice and in our exceptional continual professional development offer provided by the school. We welcome applicants from mainstream schools as comprehensive training in Autism will be provided by the school.
Staff say:
'I could not ask for a better place to work, I feel well supported, and I know I\'m making a difference in the lives of our children.'
'We feel valued by our Senior Leaders and our wellbeing is important to them. They go the extra mile... the smell of freshly baked scones by SLT waft through the corridors every Friday for Well-being mornings'
'If you want to be part of a team which is ambitious for all our children, then please contact the office to make an appointment for a tour of our amazing school!'
