Specification Sales Manager
THE ROLE: As a Specification Sales Manager you will be based in the south east of England but will have the responsibility of Managing the island of Ireland. You will be in front of Architects, Local Authorities, and End Users within commercial, health, and education spaces specifying an amazing range of washroom solutions such as cubicles, lockers & benches, and sinks. This is a new project-based position where you will be tasked with winning specs, writing them up, and then close them by seeing them through to completion with the Contractors & End Users. You will be buddied up with a very experienced team of Contractor Sales Managers who have an excellent conversion rate to ensure you're supported at the back end. 50% of your time will be on brand new build projects and the rest is retrofit and refurb. The Specification Manager will have access to Glenigans to produce leads and will be conducting CPD seminars both virtually & in person. This role is home-based, but there will be an expectation of spending 3-4 days every two weeks in Ireland and occasional travel to the head office in Kent to work with the team there.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
· Have a background in specification led sales within the construction industry
· Are comfortable covering the island of Ireland with regular air travel
· Ability to manage a pipeline of projects and long sales cycle
· A consultative, driven and professional salesperson with good attention to detail
· Understanding of commercial projects in construction sector, or washroom experience, desirable but not essential
Salary: £55,000-65,000 basic salary (DOE), plus £4,200 Bonus (capped at £9,000). Car allowance + milage allowance, mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday, pension scheme
