A well-established, full-service law firm is seeking a talented and motivated Employment Solicitor to join its dynamic Employment Law team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least two years of post-qualification experience to work with a diverse client base, including SMEs, charities, and individuals.
The Role
You will provide high-quality legal advice on a broad range of employment matters, including:
* Disciplinaries, grievances, and terminations
* Employment contracts and workplace policies
* Redundancies, reorganisations, and TUPE
* Settlement agreements and negotiated exits
* Employment Tribunal representation (for both claimants and respondents)
* Corporate support to internal teams
You will also contribute to business development, mentoring junior staff, and promoting the firm’s services through networking and marketing initiatives.
Key Requirements
* 2+ years PQE in employment law
* Strong technical knowledge and practical experience
* Excellent communication and client-handling skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proven ability to meet fee targets and manage caseloads effectively
* Willingness to participate in networking and business development
