About the Role
We’re looking for an organised, reliable, and proactive Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, working at pace, and supporting colleagues to ensure day‑to‑day operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the team
Manage inboxes, calls, and incoming queries
Maintain accurate records, logs, and spreadsheets
Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
Book meetings, schedule appointments, and support diary management
Update internal systems and ensure information is up to date
Assist with organising team activities, projects, and processes
Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business
About You
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Able to work independently and as part of a busy team
Previous admin experience is desirable but not essential
