The Job Role
* The experienced proactive sales manager will drive new corporate and meetings and events business for the hotel
* This role will be reporting into both the hotel general manager and the Group Director of Sales
* Identify opportunities for new local business through research, cold calling and networking events etc
* The Sales Manager will be the face of the business during client show-rounds, networking events as well as representing the hotel
The Requirements
* The proactive sales manager will have previous experience and proven success in a hotel sales role
* Solid track record of securing new business within the corporate and meetings and events sectors
* Knowledge and experience of developing and implementing the sales strategy
* Be able to use initiative and have the ability in negotiating rates to secure new business at all times
