Sales Administrator
Paynes Dairies is one of the largest independent dairies in the UK. We collect, produce and deliver milk across Britain to manufacturers, retailers and supermarkets.
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a sales administrator to join our existing team and be part of our growing business in Boroughbridge, North Yorkshire.
We're seeking an individual who enjoys working at pace in a fast moving environment, whilst providing a reliable and proactive administrative approach. The successful person will work closely with a supportive team that are eager to see individuals flourish and grow.
No previous experience is necessary for this role.
Duties as Sales Administrator:
· Handling incoming calls from customers and maintaining existing customer relations in addition to developing new ones.
· Monitoring and responding to daily emails, distributing and liasing between internal departments to ensure continued excellent customer service.
· Ensuring sales paperwork is completed within timeframes and maintained to a high standard.
· Communication between various departments to manage deadlines and ensure orders are delivered efficiently and on time.
· Processing customer orders and enquiries both pre delivery and post delivery.
Skills for Sales Administrator
· Organised with a keen eye for detail
· Ability to learn and pick up new processes
· Excellent administration skills with an enthusiastic approach
· A willingness to learn and develop
· Previous Microsoft office experience
This is a full-time position based at our Head office.
Hours -Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm
Every other Saturday approx. 8am – 1.00pm with 1 afternoon off midweek.
