The Role
As Finance Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring strong financial control and visibility across the business. You'll be responsible for management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management, while also playing a key role in supporting strategic decisions at leadership level.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Producing accurate monthly management accounts with insightful analysis and commentary.
2. Managing all aspects of financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
3. Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive commercial performance.
4. Ensuring compliance with all financial and tax regulations.
