Premier Recruit are currently recruiting for a Transport Bookings Clerk to join a busy and fast-paced transport operation.

This role would suit someone with strong administration and communication skills who enjoys working in logistics and transport environments. You will play a key role supporting the transport team by coordinating delivery bookings and ensuring all timed delivery slots are secured efficiently with client distribution centres.

Duties Will Include:

• Booking delivery slots with customer distribution centres and RDCs
• Liaising with clients, warehouses, and drivers regarding delivery schedules
• Assisting with day-to-day transport administration tasks
• Monitoring booking systems and updating internal records
• Managing delivery amendments, delays, and booking changes
• Ensuring all timed delivery requirements are met
• Communicating professionally with customers and transport teams
• Supporting the wider transport and operations department
