About The Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the educational, social, and emotional development of students. You will work alongside a class teacher and a team of experienced support staff, providing tailored assistance to students with severe and profound learning difficulties. The role involves working with students aged four to nineteen, either one-on-one or in small groups, to help them achieve their potential. This is a full-time position, with the potential to become ongoing for the right candidate. Have strong communications skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with students Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.
