Role: Teaching Assistant Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 per annum £1,000 Welcome Bonus Location: Horley Hours: 40 hours per week - Term Time Only We are recruiting a confident and proactive Teaching Assistant to support pupils, including those with additional learning needs, within a structured and nurturing school environment in Horley. You will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour, supporting emotional wellbeing, and reinforcing learning under the direction of the class teacher. Responsibilities: Support behaviour management strategies. Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils. Encourage independence and resilience. Assist with differentiated learning activities. Provide feedback on progress and classroom engagement. Help implement curriculum activities across subjects. Ideal Candidate: Calm under pressure and adaptable. Experience supporting children with SEN. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
