Salary: £30-40k

Location: Optional (Headquartered in Jersey but also operate in Ireland and the UK)

What do we want?

We’re looking for a Lead Generation and Client Success person to join our founder team. Your main focus will be driving new business opportunities and supporting our clients.


Your core responsibilities will include:

* Managing and nurturing our growing client base, ensuring they’re supported and delighted at every step
* Conducting customer/market research to understand needs, coming up with ideas to improve our offering
* Manage client onboarding, provide ongoing support, and build strong relationships. Analyse client data to deliver insights (training provided)
* Researching, identifying, and qualifying new leads and prospects for MyAnova’s HR technology solutions
* Planning and managing events to maximize lead generation, including targeted promotion and direct outreach to attract the right audience
* Creating and distributing lead-generating content (blogs, guides, toolkits, email marketing) that attract and engage our HR audience
* Identifying and collaborating on opportunities to work with other relevant networks, businesses or communities (e.g. podcasts, speaker slots, events, webinars)
* Running targeted digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, email) and using analytics to optimise lead generation and campaign performance
* Assisting with website updates and ensuring our digital presence is optimised for lead capture
* Collaborating with founders on new ideas, strategy, and business growth


Who are you?

You’re a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, flexible environment. You love variety, aren’t afraid to get stuck in, and want to make a real impact from day one. You’re optimistic, driven, and excited by the chance to help shape a company from the early days.


What you’ll bring

* Some experience in B2B lead generation, marketing, or sales support (ideally in SaaS, tech, or HR)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience creating engaging, lead-generating content (blogs, webinars, podcasts, or similar)
* Comfortable with design work (preferably in Canva)
* Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights), and CRM systems (training provided if needed)
* Organised and process-driven approach to managing projects and tracking leads
* Happy working remotely and managing your own workload
* Creative thinker who enjoys experimenting with new ways to generate leads and stand out
* Genuine interest in HR technology, people analytics, and the startup ecosystem
