About Grove Gardens Grove Gardens is a warm and inclusive supported living scheme comprising six one-bedroom flats and eight studio apartments. The people we support enjoy access to day services and community-based activities that promote independence, wellbeing, and connection. What You’ll Be Doing As Scheme Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the lives of the people we support and leading a committed team. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and motivating Support Workers and Waking Night Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. Collaborating with social workers and external agencies to support individual outcomes. Managing staff rotas, annual leave, and sickness cover to ensure consistent service delivery. Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new team members. Providing occasional weekend cover as part of the management rota.What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who is: A confident and compassionate leader with experience in social care or supported living. Skilled in team management and operational coordination. Proficient in IT and comfortable using digital systems. A holder of a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
