Criminal Defence Solicitor – Duty Qualified / LAA Supervisor
£50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus

This is a Senior Criminal Defence Solicitor role with real weight behind it. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the department, lead from the front, and build something of your own. This role is highly likely to develop into an office head of department if you desire.

* A qualified Criminal Solicitor with LAA Supervisor status
* Duty-qualified with an active slot
* Someone confident handling a full range of matters from police station to Crown Court
* Ideally, you’ll bring some of your own clients with you – but if not, we’ll help you build that pipeline fast
* A long-term mindset, someone who wants to lead, grow, and make an impact
