About the role

We are looking for a diligent and analytically minded Responsible Business Reporting Manager to join our Responsible Business (RB) Team. This role plays a key part in coordinating high-quality ESG data collection, analysis and reporting to support senior leadership decision-making, regulatory compliance and external disclosures. You will work across the business to deliver accurate, timely and meaningful sustainability reporting while helping shape our response to emerging ESG regulation and industry expectations.

What you’ll be doing

1. Coordinating and delivering annual ESG and sustainability reporting submissions, including TCFD, CDP, UNSDGs, Modern Slavery, Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gap reporting, UN Global Compact, MSCI, Sustainalytics and Living Wage accreditation
2. Planning and running reporting timelines, governance processes and data collection cycles to ensure all required submissions are delivered on time
3. Working closely with subject matter experts across the business to capture, validate and analyse ESG data for external reports and regulatory disclosures
4. Producing high-quality Management Information (MI) reports to support decision-making at Executive, Board and Committee level
5. Supporting the collection and monitoring of Responsible Business KPIs to track progress against strategy and targets
6. Horizon scanning upcoming ESG and sustainability regulation and assessing potential impacts across the Group
7. Benchmarking against industry peers to identify best practice, risks and opportunities for improvement
8. Preparing clear and engaging materials, including presentations, to communicate complex data and insights to senior stakeholders
9. Contributing to wider RB team initiatives, projects and events as required

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual with a strong interest in Responsible Business, ESG and sustainability reporting. You’ll be comfortable working with data, handling multiple deadlines and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. You’ll bring curiosity, integrity and a commitment to delivering high-quality work that supports good client outcomes and regulatory compliance.

Essential criteria

10. Experience or strong working knowledge of ESG, sustainability or Responsible Business reporting and related regulations
11. Proven ability to collect, analyse and interpret data to produce clear and accurate MI or external reports
12. Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities and deadlines
13. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with confidence working with large datasets
14. Experience with sustainability or climate assurance

Desirable criteria

15. Experience using or a curiosity about learning data and reporting tools such as Power BI
16. Experience preparing reports or disclosures for external frameworks, benchmarks or regulatory submissions
