What You'll Be Doing
* Craft and maintain quality policies that keep us compliant with HACCP and all the big industry standards.
* Run audits and inspections like a pro – spotting opportunities to make things even better.
* Dive into data, uncover trends, and turn insights into action.
* Work hand-in-hand with production teams to champion best practices and train the crew.
* Investigate any hiccups, fix them fast, and make sure they don't happen again.
* Share your findings with senior management and help steer improvements.
* Stay ahead of the curve with the latest in quality management trends.
What We're Looking For
* Solid experience in quality assurance – bonus points if it's in food manufacturing.
* HACCP know-how and a track record of implementing food safety systems.
