This is an exciting opportunity to enhance the quality of life, functional independence, and educational access for students aged Pre-K to 22 years old who face severe developmental and behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized, evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
* Provide in-depth data analysis and behavior consultation to classroom staff, teachers, and related service providers.
* Lead the implementation and refinement of Positive Behavior Support (PBS) systems tailored to our unique student population.
* Train and coach staff in behavior-analytic principles, including crisis de-escalation and reinforcement-based techniques.
* Monitor the fidelity of behavior plan implementation and collect ongoing data to measure outcomes and adjust interventions.
* Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams during IEP meetings, progress reviews, and transition planning.
* Maintain all documentation in accordance with local regulations, ethical guidelines, and school standards.

Required Qualifications:
* Active BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
* Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
* Experience working with students who have severe developmental disabilities, including autism and intellectual disabilities.
* Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles in school-based or clinical settings.
* Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior experience in a nonpublic or therapeutic school environment.
* Familiarity with alternate communication systems (AAC), sensory integration strategies, and trauma-informed behavior support.
* Skilled in training paraprofessionals, educators, and related service teams.
