Job Description
The key responsibilities of an Invoice Clerk / Accounts Payable Officer include, but may not be limited to:
3. Reporting into the Ledgers Team Leader
4. Responsible for processing invoices, matching invoices to GRNs
5. Emergency payments and resolving Accounts Payable and Ebis queries
6. Reconciling supplier statements
7. Covering the weekly payment run and opening the daily post
8. Liaising with internal and external customers
The Successful Applicant
The successful a Invoice Clerk / Accounts Payable Officer should possess:
9. Experience working in an Accounts Payable department.
10. Good numerical and reconciliation skills.
11. A good communicator with a track record of working with stakeholders.
12. IT literacy in MS Office is essential along with Excel Skills.
13. Open Accounts knowledge (desirable).
14. Experience using a purchase ordering system (essential)
15. Has experience working in the Not For Profit and Charities Sector.
16. Can reliably commute to Sale.
