This role is a Temporary CONTRACT IFA Administration Manager ROLE linked to supporting the Administrators teams for an IMMEDIATE IFA ADMIN MANAGER WHO IS VERY STRONG ON THIS TOO. IF YOU ARE GREAT AND HAVE THE SKILLED AND ARE IMMEDIATE, PLEASE STEP IN TO THE OFFICE BASED ROLE.

Skills and Qualifications REQUIRED: -

* Exceptional leadership and communication skills
* Proven experience in goal setting and supporting team to achieve desired outcomes
* Project management and change management experience
* Excellent performance and productivity management skills
* Willingness to adapt to changing situations
* Hands on approach
* Technically proficient

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -

1. To provide an efficient and productive administration service to advisers and clients with financial planning applications, transfers, money and fund movements, keeping clients informed of progress along the journey
2. To manage, support and develop administration team staff including recruitment, performance monitoring and appraisals
3. Develop and implement workflow processes that align with business standards
