Human Resources Assistant Looking to build your HR career in a fast-paced and supportive environment? Our client, a well-established organisation in Belfast are seeking an HR Assistant to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis. The Role You'll support key HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and absence management. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone with strong admin skills and an interest in HR. Key Responsibilities Handle HR queries via phone and email, escalating as needed Prepare contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documents Keep employee records up to date and accurate in the HR system Support healthcare enrolment and respond to benefit queries Organise medical appointments and manage absence paperwork Assist with disciplinary and grievance correspondence Maintain data for reporting on recruitment, absence, and ER matters The Ideal Candidate Previous HR experience in a busy environment CIPD or relevant 3rd level qualification Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems Strong organisational and communication skills What's on Offer?
